| ||Mount Pearl, NL, Canada: Cornerstone Capital Resources Inc. ("Cornerstone" or "the Company") (TSXV-CGP) (F-GWN) (B-GWN) (OTC-CTNXF) announces that the Ecuadorean National Assembly has eliminated a 1% flat tax on the sale of shares of Ecuadorean mining and mineral exploration companies but replaced it with a capital gains tax on the profits derived from the direct or indirect sale of shares, ownership interests, other rights to capital representation, or other rights, that allow for exploration, exploitation, concession or similar activities by companies either domiciled or with permanent establishments in Ecuador. The Company and its advisors are analyzing the potential impact of these changes and will have more to say about this in a future news release.|
