13-17 - SolGold Private Placement
| ||Mount Pearl, NL, Canada: Cornerstone Capital Resources Inc. ("Cornerstone") (TSXV-CGP) (F-GWN) (B-GWN) (OTC-CTNXF) today announced it has received $500,000 from its partner SolGold Plc ("SolGold"), as a further private placement in Cornerstone shares, as a result of having received the environmental license on Cornerstone's 5,000 hectare Cascabel gold-copper-silver property in northern Ecuador, as previously announced on August 26, 2013. Cornerstone will issue 7,692,308 common shares at $0.065 per share to SolGold. The shares will have a four month hold period which expires December 27, 2013. SolGold will now own 50% of Exploraciones Novomining S.A., the Cornerstone subsidiary which holds the Cascabel property.|
